OfficeRnD Flex is a platform used to help companies better run and manage their coworking spaces. It connects all the systems and data (such as issues, change, member account data, and guest management) you currently have in place and unifies the information in one place, acting like a CRM. Office RnD Flex can help you easily create custom contracts, as well as set up templates to help you create contracts quicker in the future. It also helps you manage bookings and resources, as well as discounts and coupons. Other important features include meeting room management, with a specific app dedicated to booking rooms, and built-in policies for room bookings. Using Office RnD Flex, you can also automate your billing systems. The software provided revenue reports and real-time invoicing statuses, with multi-location support, and integration with industry leading accounting apps such as Xero and QuickBooks. Office RnD also provides white-label apps for tasks such as member onboarding, collaboration, and managing meeting rooms.
